Cheshire East Council - Wilmslow is part of the Cheshire East Unitary Authority.

Civic Society Initiative - The Civic Trust was founded in 1957 by Duncan Sandys, a British politician, and the former son-in-law of Sir Winston Churchill. It campaigned to make better places for people to live. It ran until 2009 before going into administration due to a shortage of funding.

Wilmslow Historical Society - The Wilmslow Historical Society was founded in 1969. Its aims are to further the study of local history in Wilmslow and beyond and pass on knowledge to the local community.

Wilmslow Community Archaeology- A small independent group operating from our base in Wilmslow Parish, East Cheshire. Founded in 2007, initially to study the gravestones in St.Bartholomew's, Wilmslow, but have since then branched out, taking in other aspects of archaeology and history in Wilmslow and Handforth.

Transition Wilmslow - From fossil fuels to fruitful futures, making Wilmslow a lovelier place.

Wilmslow Clean Team - A group of volunteers who help keep Wilmslow tidy by organising litter picking events twice a month. They set their own priorities, are independent of the local councils, aim to get local businesses to support and are hoping to work with schools to educate children about the impact of litter on the environment.

Wilmslow Neighbourhood Plan - Do you want to have a say on the future of Wilmslow over the next 15 years? If the answer is yes, you have the ideal opportunity through the Wilmslow Neighbourhood Plan. The Plan will set out the vision for Wilmslow; and once approved it will be a statutory document which can influence planning decisions over the next 15 years.

Wilmslow Local Area Partnership (CEC) - Its role is to improve services, ensure people influence decision-making and to actively engage and empower communities. Local priorities are identified by community led plans and through statistics and intelligence about the local area

Rotary Club of Wilmslow Dean - a  local  club  of  business  and  professional  people  belonging  to  a  worldwide  organization  of  similar  clubs  (Rotary  International)  devoted  to  serving  the  community  and  promoting  world  peace.

Wilmslow Business Group - is run by and for local businesses. The group aims to support events and marketing activities to generate interest and vibrancy in Wilmslow. Network with other Wilmslow businesses to build relationships with them and ultimately do business with them. Access discounts and offers from other Business Group members. Receive business support
